摘要
针对亭南选煤厂煤泥水浓缩沉降不稳定、药剂添加量无法精准控制、岗位人员工作量大的问题,对煤泥水加药系统进行智能化升级改造.通过增加浓缩机智能加药系统,实现加药智能化,稳定了循环水浓度,降低了药剂消耗,减少了工人工作量,经济和社会效益显著.
Abstract
In view of the problems of unstable concentration and settlement of slime water in Tingnan Coal Preparation Plant,the amount of agents cannot be accurately controlled,and the workload of post personnel,the slime water dosage system was upgraded and transformed intelligently.By increasing the intelligent dosing system of the concentrating machine,the intelligent dosing is realized,stabilizing the concentration of circulating water,reduces the consumption of agents,reduces the workload of workers,and the economic.
