液压步进式运输带牵引机的开发与工业应用

摘要
针对煤炭输送带修理、更换过程中出现溜带、断带、损伤以及更换效率低等问题,设计开发一种具有闭环控制的液压步进运输带牵引机.应用实践表明,安装液压步进式运输带牵引机后,煤炭生产成本持续下降,显著提高经济效益,输送带更换效率提高近 50%,提高了机械装备智能化水平.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of belt slip,broken belt,damage and low replacement efficiency in the process of coal conveyor belt repair and replacement,a hydraulic stepping belt tractor with closed-loop control was designed and developed.The application practice shows that since Shanxi Xinyuan Coal Co.,Ltd.installed the hydraulic stepping conveyor belt tractor in 2019,the coal production cost has continued to decline,the economic benefits of the company have been improved,the conveyor belt replacement efficiency has been increased by nearly 50%,which provides a strong guarantee for the effective development of the company.
