智能浅槽分选机控制系统在阳城煤矿选煤厂的应用

为提高浅槽分选机分选的精度和稳定性,采用在分选过程中控制上升流大小的方式,设计了一种智能控制系统.利用因差密度计测量分选区的密度,建立上升流流速预测模型,以重介质悬浮液实际值与设定值的偏差、脉动阀开度及变频器调节作为模型输入域变量,经模型计算得出脉动阀开度,通过模糊PID闭环控制,自动调节使上升介质的速度,使浅槽分选机保持在最佳分选状态.工业性试验表明,该系统实时性好、控制精度高、有效保证了浅槽分选机流场的稳定,提高了精煤产率,降低了精煤灰分.
Application practice of intelligent shallow slot separator control system in Yangcheng Coal Mine preparation plant
In order to improve the accuracy and stability of the shallow slot separator,an intelligent control system was designed by controlling the upwelling in the sorting process.The upwelling velocity prediction model was established by measuring the density of the separation area with a differential denser meter.The deviation between the actual value of the heavy medium suspension and the set value,the opening of the pulsating valve and the adjustment of the frequency converter were taken as the input variables of the model.The opening of the pulsating valve was calculated by the model.The industrial test shows that the system has good real-time performance,high control accuracy,effectively solves the stability of the flow field of the shallow-trough separator,improves the yield of cleaned coal,and reduces the ash content of cleaned coal.
