概述了门克庆选煤厂设备状态在线监测系统配置的必要性,介绍了设备状态在线监测系统的构架及功能设计;应用实践表明,设备状态在线监测使设备检修维护更合理,大大缩短了机械事故引起的影响时间,降低了设备空转率,提高了设备的有效利用率,并取得了显著的社会效益,为智能化选煤厂的建设提供了参考.
Abstract
The necessity of equipment status online monitoring system configuration inMenkeqing Coal Preparation Plant was summarized,and the structure and function design of equipment status online monitoring system were introduced.The application practice shows that the online monitoring of equipment condition makes the maintenance of equipment more reasonable,greatly shortens the influence time caused by mechanical accidents,reduces the idling rate of equipment,improves the effective utilization rate of equipment,and obtains remarkable social benefits,which provides a reference for the construction of intelligent coal preparation plant.
