Transformation and economic benefit analysis of sludge recovery system of underground water silo in Xinyan Coal Mine
The slime settling tank in front of the original underground water silo in Xinyan Coal Mine has a small area and poor settling effect,resulting in long cleaning time of the water silo and many transportation links.Moreover,the deposited slime is discharged with gangue after recovery by the underground filter press,resulting in waste of coking coal resources.After demonstration,based on the characteristics of the mine slime easy to settle,combined with the calculation theory of slime water precipitation treatment in coal preparation plant,it is estimated that two 75 m2 slime sedimentation tanks will be expanded underground,and flocculant adding devices will be added to make the slime settle,press filter and recover before the mine water enters the clarifying water tank,and the overflow will enter the clarifying water tank.At the same time,the coal slime recovered by the underground filter press is transferred to the raw coal transportation system of the main shaft,so that the part of coal slime can enter the surface coal preparation plant for further sorting,which can improve the recovery rate of cleaned coal in the coal preparation plant.Through analysis,the transformation is not only beneficial to rational utilization of resources,but also can produce significant economic benefits.
