付村选煤厂粗煤泥回收系统技术改造实践

为解决付村选煤厂在粗煤泥回收工艺系统中存在的问题,通过采取对倾斜板沉淀器系统升级、使用ZKJ系列叠层筛替代原分级旋流器+高频筛工艺系统、优化筛下水管理等措施完成了粗煤泥回收系统改造.改造结果表明:解决了倾斜板沉淀器错配物较多,分级效果差,高频筛筛下水跑粗、筛上物灰分高的问题;保证了选煤厂粗煤泥环节高效稳定运行,提高了粗精煤回收率,减轻了浮选系统负荷,避免了重介精煤"背灰"问题.
Technical transformation practice of coarse coal recovery system in Fucun Coal Preparation Plant
In order to solve the problems in the coarse coal slime recovery process system of Fucun Coal preparation Plant,the transformation was completed by upgrading the inclined plate precipator system,using the ZKJ series laminated screen to replace the original graded cyclone and high frequency screen process system,and optimizing the management of screening water.The transformation results show that it solves the problems of mismatches,poor grading effect and high ash content of the high frequency screen,ensures the efficient and stable operation of crude coal sludge link,improves the recovery rate of crude cleaned coal,reduces the burden of flotation system,and avoids the problem of low ash content of heavily cleaned coal to make up the high content of coarse concentrate coal.
