浮选系统在唐口选煤厂的研究与应用

摘要
阐述了唐口选煤厂原选煤工艺没有细煤泥浮选,存在优质精煤资源浪费的问题.通过分析唐口选煤厂煤泥的粒度组成、浮沉组成及可浮性,制定煤泥浮选方案并进行实施.浮选系统运行后,浮选1 t煤泥,可产出 0.5 t左右的精煤,大大提高了选煤厂经济效益较.同时,还具有较好的环保效益,煤泥经浮选可实现煤泥量减半,有利于环境保护.
Abstract
This paper introduces the problems and solutions in muddy water treatment,and analyzes the particle size composition and floability of the materials.Through the production practice data,the application effect of XJM-S45(3+2)type flotation machine in Tangkou coal preparation plant is analyzed and evaluated,which shows that the equipment achieves better separation of fine particle slime,easy to operate and reliable operation.And improve the economic benefits and environmental benefits of the enterprise.
