针对生产过程中浅槽分选上升流系统不畅及易堵塞的问题,分析了堵塞原因,探究了影响上升流系统的因素,优化了重介质浅槽分选机上升流系统结构.结果表明,悬浮液粘度、上升流系统结构等都是影响上升流系统是否堵塞的因素;上升流系统管道壁面上的颗粒以拉升模式或滚动模式离开,否则颗粒将粘附在壁面上;优化采用了布流孔板和上升流介质斗,大幅降低了上升流系统管道堵塞频率.
Structural optimization of upflow blocking prevention in shallow tank separation
In view of the problems of unsmooth and easily blocked Upwelling system of shallow trough separator in practical production,the blocking mechanism was analyzed,the factors affecting Upwelling system were explored,and the structure of Upwelling system of heavy medium shallow trough separator was optimized.The analysis and exploration results show that the viscosity of suspension and the structure of Upwelling system are all factors that affect whether the Upwelling system is blocked;The particles on the pipe wall of the Upwelling system leave in the pulling mode or rolling mode,otherwise the particles will adhere to the wall;The optimized flow distribution orifice plate and Upwelling medium hopper of heavy medium shallow trough separator significantly reduce the pipe blockage frequency of Upwelling system compared with that before the implementation of the scheme.
