摘要
概述了表层微孔精密过滤机系统的结构组成,结合应用过程中总体技术性能要求,介绍了工艺运行流程,应用实践表明,烟气冷凝水经表层精密微孔过滤系统过滤后,滤液质量稳定,滤液悬浮物完全达到使用要求,处理量也能满足生产工艺的要求,而且自动化程度高,可实现自动过滤、自动反洗、自动排渣等过程,具有广阔的市场应用前景.
Abstract
This article provides an overview of the structure and composition of the surface micro porous precision filter system,combined with the overall technical performance requirements in the application process.The process description and operating process are introduced.Application practice shows that after the flue gas condensate is filtered by the surface micro porous precision filter system,the quality of the filtrate is stable,the suspended solids in the filtrate fully meet the requirements of use,and the processing capacity can also meet the requirements of production technology.Moreover,the degree of automation is high,achieving processes such as automatic filtration,automatic backwashing,and automatic slag discharge,which has broad market application prospects.
