典型低阶煤热解特性及兰炭特性比较分析

调查了陕、蒙、新三省四地兰炭产区代表性煤样的基础煤质特性,比较分析了四地代表性煤样的热解特性和热解产物分布,重点研究了不同煤样热解所得兰炭的微观结构、燃烧性能和可磨性.结果表明:各兰炭主产区低阶煤热解效率差异较大,随煤化程度加深,煤热解反应性逐渐降低;煤化程度更低的哈密煤拥有更高的焦油产率.热解气中氢含量和原煤H/O存在正相关关系;各兰炭主产区低阶煤热解兰炭比表面积差异较大,但孔隙形态分布规律类似;原煤的煤化程度低则制备的兰炭的炭结构无序化程度高;哈密兰炭的可磨性较差,但燃烧反应性最好,神府兰炭的可磨性优于其它两地.不同地域兰炭理化性质差异明显,应根据下游需求寻求最佳的兰炭的利用途径.
Comparative analysis of pyrolysis characteristics and semi-coke characteristics of representative coal from main producing areas of semi-coke
The basic coal quality characteristics of representative coal samples from four semi-coke producing areas in Shaanxi,Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang were investigated.The pyrolysis characteristics and yield distribution of coal samples were compared and analyzed.The microstructure,combustion performance and grindability of semi-coke obtained by pyrolysis of different coal samples were studied.The results show that the pyrolysis efficiency of low rank coal in each semi-coke producing area is quite different.With the deepening of coalification degree,the pyrolysis reactivity of coal decreases gradually.Hami coal with lower coalification has higher tar yield.There is a positive correlation between hydrogen content in pyrolysis gas and H/O of raw coal.The specific surface area of low rank coal pyrolysis semi-coke in each semi-coke producing area is quite different,but the distribution of pore morphology is similar.The low degree of coalification of raw coal leads to a high degree of disorder of carbon structure of semi-coke.The grindability of Hami semi-coke is poor,but the combustion reactivity is the best.The grindability of semi-coke is better than the other two places.The physical and chemical properties of semi-coke in different regions are obviously different,and the best utilization way of semi-coke should be sought according to the downstream demand.
