淮河能源矿区煤矸石理化性质及资源化利用分析

系统分析了淮河能源矿区煤矸石的物理化学特征,为煤矸石高质量综合利用和矿山环境治理提供技术支撑.通过采集煤矿的煤矸石,测定其化学组成、矿物成分、稀土含量、重金属含量等,分析煤矸石理化特征,结果表明:淮河能源矿区煤矸石为硅铝型煤矸石,矿物组成主要有石英和粘土矿物,G3 矿中Fe2O3 含量为 11.16%,为高铁型煤矸石;CaO、MgO含量较低,在建筑材料具有较高的利用价值;SiO2、Al2O3 的含量较高,可用于生产水泥或制备硅系、铝系产品;矸石中速效钾的含量达一级二级标准,可作钾肥;G3、G9 有机质含量高,可用于农田改良,提升土壤肥力.矿区煤矸石中稀土元素含量均高于世界煤,其中,G8、G9 矸石中镧、铈含量分别为中国煤含量的3.15、2.98 倍,具有提取利用价值;煤矸石8 种重金属的最大值远低于风险筛选值,对农作物生长和土壤生态环境风险低.
Physicochemical properties and resource utilization analysis of coal gangue in huaihe energy mining Area
Systematically analyze the physicochemical characteristics of coal gangue in Huaihe Energy Mining Area,and provide technical support for the high-quality comprehensive utilization of coal gangue and mine environmental management.Through the collection of coal mine gangue,determination of its chemical composition,mineral composition,rare earth content,heavy metal content,etc.,analysis of the physical and chemical characteristics of the gangue,the results show that:Huaihe River energy mine gangue for the silica-aluminum type gangue,the mineral composition of the main quartz and clay minerals,the G3 mine Fe2O3 content of 11.16%,for the high iron type of gangue;CaO,MgO content is lower,in the construction materials have a high value of utilization;SiO2,Al2O3 content is higher can be used for high quality comprehensive utilization and mine environmental management.High utilization value;SiO2,Al2O3 content is high can be used for the production of cement or the preparation of silicon,aluminum products;gangue in the fast-acting potassium content of the first level of the second standard,can be used as potash fertilizer;G3,G9 organic matter content is high,can be used for farmland improvement,to enhance soil fertility.The content of rare earth elements in the gangue is higher than that of the world coal,among which,the lanthanum and cerium content of G8 and G9 gangue is 3.15 and 2.98 times of that of the Chinese coal,which is of extraction and utilization value;the maximum value of 8 kinds of heavy metals in the gangue is much lower than the risk screening value,which is of low risk to the growth of crops and the ecological environment of the soil.
