The application of"oil-to-electricity"technology for the ZJ-30 drilling machine in the control and governing of water hazards in coal mining areas
Due to the high energy consumption and severe pollution issues caused by the use of diesel as the power source for the ZJ-30 drilling machine in the control and governing of water hazards in coal mining areas, research and development have been conducted on the"oil-to-electricity"technology for the drilling machine, which uses grid electricity to replace diesel as the power system for the drilling machine device. After the implementation of the transformation, each well can reduce approximately 1.2 tons of diesel consumption per day,150 tons of carbon dioxide emissions per months, and 1.05 tons of sulfur dioxide emissions per month.The"oil-to-electricity"technology for the drilling machine has a significant effect on energy saving, consumption reduction and emission reduction.
