Research and application of intelligent heavy medium separation system in Zhangjiamao Coal Preparation Plant
With the proposal of the"dual carbon"target,the cleanliness and intelligence of coal washing and processing have become particularly important.As the washing process of the vast majority of power coal beneficiation plants in China,the intelligent transformation of heavy medium shallow groove separation technology is an important guarantee for improving separation efficiency.This article analyzes the intelligent construction of the heavy medium sorting system in Zhangjiamao Coal Preparation Plant,and focuses on introducing the intelligent construction scheme of the sorting model and medium addition control for the heavy medium sorting system module.The renovation plan is conducive to improving the economic benefits of the entire plant and the well-being of production employees,and can also provide new ideas,methods,and demonstration effects for similar coal preparation plants.
