The paper analyzes the filter plate deformation problems existing in the use of STC ultra-high pressure filter press for tailing coal in Tangkou Coal Preparation Plant,and upgrades the feed structure of filter plate.The application practice shows that the modified feed structure reduces the probability of deformation of filter plate,prolonging the service life of filter plate and accessories,reducing operating costs,and achieving improved quality and efficiency.
