Structural optimization and application of TCC sizing crusher
In view of the problems of poor crushing effect,low crushing efficiency and poor wear resistance of crushing teeth in fine coal treatment of double-tooth roller crusher in the process of middling coal reuse,the structural optimization of the sizing crusher was carried out from the aspects of tooth design,arrangement form,bearing assembly structure,material and molding process.The application results show that the crushing efficiency is improved by 12.67%,the upper limit rate is reduced by 14.3%,the wear resistance of crushing teeth is improved by more than two times,the maintenance time and cost of the equipment and the system are reduced,the efficient and reliable operation of the system is ensured,and the economic benefits are significantly increased.
