In order to develop the construction of intelligent coal preparation plant and improve the poor cleaning effect of conveyor belt conveyor.The technicians of Ximing Coal Preparation Plant have designed a non-contact cleaner using air energy through field research and experiment.By comparison,the cleaning efficiency of the sweeper is improved by more than 90% .This paper describes the specific content of this study.
