This study addresses issues such as information opacity and low maintenance efficiency in the traditional mineral processing industry by introducing technologies like the Internet of Things and data analysis.An Intelligent Management Platform was designed and developed to improve the management efficiency and operational quality of sorting equipment.The platform deploys sensors to monitor equipment status in real-time and combines cloud data analysis to achieve intelligent management and maintenance of the equipment.It employs a front-end and back-end separation architecture,with the front end built using Vue for a responsive interface,and the back end developed with Java and Spring Boot,deployed on a cloud server to ensure high performance and scalability.Case applications demonstrate that the Intelligent Management Platform has significant application effects in the mineral processing industry,providing crucial support for enterprise safety production and cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
