Practice of coal slime reduction in Baodian Coal Preparation Plant
Coal slime,as a by-product in the process of coal washing,has an important impact on the balance of washing water and economic benefits of coal preparation plant.Therefore,how to effectively reduce the content of coal slime in the raw coal washing and reduce the yield and output of coal slime in the washing process has become an important topic for the technical upgrading of coal preparation plant.By analyzing the source and characteristics of coal slime and its influence on washing production,Baodian Coal preparation Plant carried out coal slime reduction work from three aspects:source management,process control and end recovery,and finally achieved the goal of reducing coal slime yield,reducing coal slime output and improving the level of washing innovation.
