摘要

羊场湾选煤厂通过对块煤水洗系统的粗煤泥回收系统加装振动弧形筛、布料箱、收集溜槽,并更改出入料管路,调整筛缝尺寸,调整水力旋流器工况,在保证产品煤水分满足要求(17.5%)的前提下,压滤煤泥中大于0.45 mm粒级产率降低至2%以下,满足了考核要求.

Abstract

This article elaborates on the installation of vibrating arc-shaped screens,material distribution boxes,and collection chutes in the coarse coal slurry recovery system of the Yangchangwan Coal Preparation Plant's block coal washing system.The inlet and outlet pipelines are also modified,the screen gap size is adjusted,and the working conditions of the hydraulic cyclone are adjusted.On the premise of ensuring that the coal moisture content(Mt)of the product meets 17.5%,the yield of particles larger than 0.45 mm in the pressure filtration coal slurry is reduced to below 2%,meeting the assessment requirement.
