摘要
索尔费班焦炉煤气脱硫工艺运行中存在管道堵塞、乙醇胺溶液变稠、脱硫解析塔预热器退液不畅等难题,严重影响脱硫效果.通过模拟生产条件,试验分析了上述难题的形成原因与机制,针对性地提出加大贫液再生、及时检测更换乙醇胺溶液、采用平衡式疏水阀等措施,有效改善了索尔费班焦炉煤气脱硫效果及脱硫工艺运行的稳定性.
Abstract
During the operation of Solfiban coke oven gas desulfurization process,some problems such as pipeline blockage,ethanolamine solution thickening,and poor withdrawal of the preheater of the desulfurization analysis tower,seriously affect the normal operation of desulfurization.By simulating the production conditions,the causes and mechanisms of the above problems were analyzed,and measures such as increasing the regeneration of poor liquid,timely detection and replacement of ethanolamine solution,and using balanced traps were targeted to take,which effectively improved the desulfurization effect of Solfaban COG and the stability of process.
