摘要

通过试验研究小于1.4 mm、小于1.5 mm、小于1.6 mm煤样的胶质层指数的变化规律,发现总体上小于1.4 mm煤样的胶质层最大厚度Y值小于1.5 mm煤样,小于 1.5 mm煤样的胶质层最大厚度Y值小于1.6 mm煤样;小于1.5 mm和小于 1.4 mm煤样的最终收缩度X值测定结果无显著性差异且均大于小于1.6 mm煤样.研究表明,小于1.5 mm胶质层指数样品的粒度分布基本服从罗辛—拉姆勒(R-R分布)和盖茨-高登-舒兹曼(GGS)分布,可以用这 2种分布中的特征参数来表征胶质层指数样品粒度特征;建立小于 1.5 mm测定胶质层指数煤样的数学模型,有助于提升胶质层指数样品制备质量,提高胶质层指数测定方法的精密度.

Abstract

Through the experimental study of the change rule of the plastic layer index of coal samples less than 1.4 mm,less than 1.5 mm and less than 1.6 mm,it is found that the maximum thickness of the plastic layer Y value of coal samples less than 1.4 mm is less than 1.5 mm,and the maximum thickness of the plastic layer layer Y value of coal samples less than 1.5 mm is less than 1.6 mm.The final shrinkage X value of coal samples less than 1.5 mm and less than 1.4 mm has no significant difference and is greater than that of coal samples less than 1.6 mm.The results show that the particle size distribution of the coal samples less than 1.5 mm basically follows the Rosion--Ramler(R-R)distribution and Gates-Gaudin-Shuzman(GGS)distribution,and the characteristic parameters of the two distributions can be used to characterize the particle size characteristics of the coal samples less than 1.5 mm.The establishment of a mathematical model for the determination of coal samples with coal plastic layer index of less than 1.5 mm is helpful to improve the preparation quality of coal plastic layer index samples and improve the precision of the measurement method of plastic layer index.
