The concept of coal quality data service and the concept of TOGAF enterprise architecture were elaborated,and the current situation of coal quality data service management was analyzed in four aspects:outdated architecture,numerous systems,rigid mechanisms,and single models;the strategic requirements for designing coal quality data services using TOGAF architecture were analyzed,and a goal driven approach based on TOGAF was proposed to construct the business architecture,technical architecture,data architecture,and application architecture of a coal quality data service platform;this article summarizes the design work of the coal quality data service management platform based on TOGAF,and points out the key work directions for forming a business cycle of"collection transmission storage processing integration distribution evaluation"of coal data resources and the next steps.
