摘要
介绍了中煤大同洗选装运公司远程停送电系统的设计、开发、部署和调试.从断路器延伸手柄升级为电动操作机构,集控系统增加控制点位,到生产控制网与停送电管理网数据联通,审批流程与操作权限的详细制定.基于停送电线上审批系统,实现了停送电流程无纸化传递、流程审批与远程停送电控制连锁等.实践表明:设计开发的先进性、功能部署的实用性、设备应用的可靠性均达到要求.
Abstract
This paper introduces in detail the design,development,deployment and debugging of remote shutdown power transmission system in Datong Washing and shipping Company of China Coal.From circuit breaker extension handle upgrade to electric operation mechanism,centralized control system increase control points,to the production control network and shutdown power management network connection,approval process and detailed development of operation authority.Based on the online approval system for power shutdown,paperless transmission of power shutdown process,chain of process approval and remote power shutdown control are realized.The practical results show that the advanced design and development of the system,the practicability of functional deployment and the reliability of equipment application all meet the requirements.
