摘要

从设计出发,对光电射线智能干选工艺中超大块处理、除杂、筛分系统、分选系统、压风系统和除尘系统各环节关注问题进行了分析,在狭小现有车间改造、单层厂房布置和关键溜槽突破等方面提供了设计思路,可供同类项目建设借鉴.

Abstract

From the view of project design,this article analyzes the key issues of super large coal processing,impurity removal,screening system,sorting system,compressed-air system,and dust-removing system in the photoelectric sensor based sorting process.It provides ideas for renovation design in the existing narrow plant,single-storey factory layout design,and key chutes design,which can be used as a reference for the construction of similar projects.
