摘要
分析了带式输送机启动过程存在的问题及技术要求、软启动和变频器启动过程的调速原理及主要运行参数,通过图表及现场测试数据,对比分析两种启动方式的优缺点,提出针对不同带式输送机的启动方案.
Abstract
This paper mainly analyzes the problems and technical requirements in the start-up process of belt conveyor,the speed regulation principle and main operating parameters in the start-up process of soft start and frequency converter,compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two start-up methods through charts and field test data,and puts forward start-up schemes for different belt conveyors.
