摘要
三产品重介质旋流器是重要的煤炭洗选加工设备,广泛应用于各类难选、极难选煤炭的分选.经过数十年的发展,国内三产品重介质旋流器已逐渐从早期的宏观结构优化发展到现在的以新型分选理论为基础的三产品重介质分选设备研发,已逐渐形成了我国独有的三产品重介质旋流器设计制造体系与洗选工艺体系.为了更好地发展三产品重介质旋流器,回顾了早期三产品重介质旋流器的研究情况,着重介绍了三种国内自主研发的新型三产品重介质旋流器,并对三产品重介质旋流器未来的发展方向进行了展望.
Abstract
Three products heavy media cyclone is an important coal processing equipment,which is widely used in all kinds coal beneficiation.In order to better study and development of three products heavy media cyclone,this paper reviewed the three products heavy media cyclone study and application.The development direction of three-product heavy media cyclone was also prospected.
