为解决鄂式破碎机出现磨损、疲劳、偏心轴在高负载下失效等问题,对鄂式破碎机偏心轴进行力学性能分析,并通过响应面优化得到偏心轴的最佳尺寸参数,优化后偏心轴的最大等效应力较优化前减少 2.2%,最大变形较优化前减少 3.92%.优化后应力集中得到有效缓解,验证了优化设计的有效性,为煤矿鄂式破碎机的可靠性和经济性提供技术支撑.
Mechanical performance analysis and optimization of eccentric shaft of jaw crusher in coal
In order to solve the problems of wear and fatigue of jaw crusher and the failure of eccentric shaft under high load,the mechanical performance analysis of eccentric shaft of jaw crusher is carried out,and the optimal dimensional parameters of eccentric shaft are obtained through response surface optimization,and after optimization,the maximum equivalent stress of eccentric shaft is reduced by 2.2%compared with the pre-optimization,and the maximum deformation is reduced by 3.92%compared with the pre-optimization.The stress concentration is effectively relieved after optimization,which verifies the effectiveness of the optimized design and provides technical support for the reliability and economy of coal mine jaw crusher.
