磁选机入料特性和结构参数对介质回收率的影响研究

摘要
重介选煤技术是煤炭清洁利用的重要手段之一,在重介选煤工艺中,介质是循环利用的,故而介质的损失量是衡量选煤经济性的重要指标.磁选机在重介选煤流程中是回收重介的关键设备,总结了入选物料性质、磁选机结构及运行参数对磁选机回收率的影响,对于考察磁选机回收效果有一定的指导作用.
Abstract
Heavy medium coal preparation technology is an important means of clean utilization of coal mines.In the heavy medium coal preparation process,the magnetic heavy medium is recycled,so the loss of magnetic heavy medium in the beneficiation process is an important index to measure the economy of coal preparation.This paper summarizes the effect of the magnetic medium structure on the operation of the magnetic separator and the recovery rate of the magnetic separator.
