The original coarse fine coal slurry recovery process of Coal Processing Plant of Tangshan mine is"vibrating seive bend+vertical coal slurry centrifuge",which has the problems of high ash content and high moisture content.After improvement of the coarse fine coal slurry recovery system,the new process of coal slurry recovery adopts"three mass elasticity system intelligent desliming fine grain size screen+horizontal scraper coal slurry centrifuge".After the improvement of the system,the coarse fine coal slurry ash,moisture all meet the product standard requirements,at meantimeit improves the recovery rate and process effect of fine coal,the transformation goals of improving quality,reducing costs and increasing efficiency were achieved.
