固定筛在伊东集团扶贫煤矿选煤厂的应用实践

摘要
针对伊东集团扶贫煤矿选煤厂生产车间存在的脱介弧形筛磨损严重,介耗偏高等问题,采用高效预脱介设备—固定筛替换原有脱介弧形筛的脱介新工艺.应用结果表明:固定筛脱介稳定高效,"降本增效"效果明显,每年可为选煤厂创造68.65 万元的经济效益.
Abstract
In response to the problems of severe wear and high medium consumption in the production workshop of the poverty alleviation coal mine preparation plant of Yidong Group,a high-efficiency pre medium removal equipment-fixed screen,which uses wear-resistant polyurethane stainless steel screen plate,can be replaced by downstream medium removal screen due to installation inclination angle.It has the advantages of low cost,stable and efficient medium removal effect,greatly reducing the maintenance workload of the screen plate for workshop workers,and achieving significant"cost reduction and efficiency increase"effect.
