摘要
针对邱集选煤厂胶带输送机清扫过程中出现的粘湿物料粘连、粉状物料带面吸附问题,设计研发了一种胶带风力清扫系统.现场应用实践表明,胶带清洁效果及车间粉尘改善明显,解决了胶带清洁不彻底及返程胶带损伤等问题,降低了工人劳动强度,改善了现场工作环境.
Abstract
In response to the problems encountered in the cleaning of the belt conveyor at Qiuji Coal Preparation Plant,a wind cleaning system was designed and developed.On site practice has shown that the belt cleaning effect and workshop dust have been significantly improved after the renovation is completed,solving problems such as incomplete belt cleaning and return belt damage.It plays an important role in reducing labor intensity for workers and improving the on-site working environment.
