Application practice of low-temperature steam rotary drier for slime in Qidong Coal Preparation Plant
Aiming at the problem of high moisture,high viscosity and low caloric value of coal slime in Qidong coal preparation plant,the paper puts forward the solution of using low temperature steam rotary drying process to improve the quality of precipitation.The application results show that after drying the coal slime in this plant,the effect of precipitation quality improvement is obvious and the sales are smooth,which avoids the environmental problems caused by wet coal slime stacking and ground sales.It has brought good economic and social benefits to the enterprise.
