The practice of coal quality management and washing,lean,standard and efficiency
This paper introduces the implementation of coal quality and washing lean standard and efficiency management in Nantun Coal Mine.Starting from the underground source,production process and management mechanism,it implements source planning and design to improve resource recovery rate,process control and lean production to stabilize coal quality,washing and processing to increase refined coal and reduce coal slime,and management assessment mechanism to improve effect,forming a lean production management model guided by index results.It not only improves the level of resource utilization and production efficiency,optimizes the control process,accelerates the innovation of the management mechanism,but also fundamentally alleviates the problem of the lack of mine resources and the deterioration of coal quality,and promotes the upgrading of enterprise management.
