摘要
煤炭检测实验室风险管控工作应贯穿整个检测工作的始终.分析了从合同评审、采样、制样、化验以及结果报告等各环节中影响质量安全的风险种类,并提出了相应的预防措施.提前识别预防检测过程中的风险并加以预防管控是提高煤炭检测数据准确度的重要保障,也是提高实验室质量管理水平,保证实验室公信力的重要手段.
Abstract
The risk management and control work of coal testing laboratories should be carried out throughout the entire testing work.This paper analyzes the types of risks that affect quality and safety from contract review,sampling,sample preparation,testing and result reporting,and proposes corresponding preventive measures.Identifying risks in the prevention and testing process in advance and supervising and controlling them is an important guarantee for improving the accuracy of coal testing data.It is also an important means to improve the quality management level of the laboratory and ensure the credibility of the laboratory.
