摘要

为了较好地防治印尼煤在港口堆存过程中出现的高温自燃问题,对市场上主流的4 种煤自燃阻化剂产品进行了效果评价试验,结果表明,4 种阻化剂均有减缓热值损失的效果;当阻化液浓度在5%、阻化液的加入量为20 g时,阻化率都在 40%以上,阻化寿命基本都能达到200 min.选出了效果相对较优的两种阻化剂进行了现场煤堆验证试验,结果表明,添加阻化剂能有效减缓煤堆低温氧化进程,按本次的添加量可以使印尼煤堆高温和冒烟着火出现的时期延缓约6 d.

Abstract

In order to prevent and control the problem of high-temperature spontaneous combustion of Indonesian coal in the process of storage in the port,this article studied on the resistive properties of 4 kinds of in the market.The results showed that all the 4 kinds of inhibitor can prevent the calorific value loss of Indonesian coal.When the concentration of the blocking liquid is 5%and the addition amount of the blocking liquid is 20 g,the inhibitory rate is more than 40%,and the life of prevent oxidize can reach 200 min.The results show that adding inhibitor can slow down the low-temperature oxidation process of coal pile,and the increase of the temperature of the Indonesian coal pile and the spontaneous combustion can be delayed for about 6 days according to the amount of this addition.
