In view of the low efficiency and poor safety of belt conveyor surface replacement,a new wireless multi-purpose hydraulic belt winder was proposed.The device uses wireless remote control combined with intelligent monitoring technology,which greatly improves work efficiency,reduces work safety risks and reduces resource waste.The innovation and technical highlights of the project are:wireless remote control,automatic unloading,traction winch function;Double circuit design,intelligent monitoring,multi-functional fast conversion mechanism,green energy saving design,broad market application prospects.
