李雅庄矿选煤厂煤泥水系统工艺改造实践

针对李雅庄矿选煤厂煤泥水系统存在的粗精煤泥灰分偏高、煤泥产品灰分偏低等主要问题,在充分利用选煤厂现有工艺系统设备基础上,提出采用叠层筛代替高频筛、中矸磁尾分开处理、煤泥二次浮选的工艺改造方案,改造后精煤产率提高 1.18%,煤泥灰分提高到70%以上,直接废弃处理,年增加经济效益634.8 万元,改造效果良好.
Process reform practice of slime water system in Liyazhuang Coal Preparation Plant
Aiming at the main problems in the slime water system of Liyazhuang Coal preparation plant,such as high ash content and low ash content of coarse and fine slime,this paper makes full use of the existing process system equipment of the coal preparation plant,and puts forward the process transformation scheme of replacing the multi-layer fine screenwith stacked high frequency screen,separating the magnetic tail of the waste and secondary flotation of slime.After the transformation,the clean coal yield is increased by 1.18%.The coal slime ash content is increased to more than 70%,and the annual economic benefit is increased by 6.348 million yuan,and also obtains better transformation effect.
