The application of multi-product washing technology in Baguanhe Coal preparation Plant of Panzhihua Clean Coal Company of Huarong Energy was introduced.Through market research,it is found that users have strong demand for high-ash lean refined coal,low-ash coke refined coal and high-calorific value medium coal products.Meanwhile,comprehensive calculation shows that the production of high-ash lean refined coal products,low-ash coke refined coal and high-calorific value medium coal products has higher economic benefits.Therefore,the multi-product washing process has been reformed on the basis of the former Banguanhe coal preparation plant,so that it can simultaneously produce four main products:low ash coking coal,high ash lean coal,high calorific value medium coal and low calorific value medium coal.
