Research and application of BT625 heavy duty crushing tooth upgrade
The crushing teeth structure of the BT625 double-tooth roller crusher was optimized and improved by adopting a self-locking design and surface strengthening technology,significantly enhancing crushing efficiency and wear resistance.The results of on-site use show that the improved crusher meets the requirements of the discharge size,with a crushing efficiency of 94.3%,and an increase of fine materials by 8.8%.The application of TBM-type reinforcement technology after the crushing teeth are shaped significantly improves the wear resistance of the crushing teeth,and its service life is increased by nearly one time,the maintenance cost of the equipment is reduced by more than 50%,reducing the labor intensity for on-site operators and enhancing the continuity of the production system,leading to notable economic benefits.
