摘要

重介浅槽分选机是重介选煤厂分选块煤的主要设备,因设备设计原因,浅槽上升流管路经常发生堵塞.针对此问题,对上升流管路进行改造,优化回流路径,增加鼓风管,调控电动阀门,解决了浅槽上升流管路堵塞的问题,并通过采取的一系列措施,确保了浅槽分选的精度,提高了生产效率.

Abstract

As the main equipment for sorting lump coal in heavy coal preparation plant,the upwelling pipeline of shallow tank is often blocked due to the design of the equipment.In order to solve the problem of clogging in the heavy shallow groove uplift pipe,the uplift pipe is reformed,the return path is optimized,the blast pipe is added and the electric valve is regulated,and the problem of clogging in the shallow groove uplift pipe is solved.A series of measures are taken to ensure the accuracy of the shallow groove separation and improve the production efficiency.
