红林煤矿高灰原煤洗选工艺探讨

红林煤矿生产原煤灰分在50%左右,随着开采深度增加,原煤煤质有逐渐变差的趋势,产品精煤灰分要求为13%,目前采用的跳汰选煤工艺精煤产率低,且煤质不稳定,生产灵活性差,不能满足市场需求;为了适应煤质变化,满足产品市场的要求,对红林选煤厂洗选工艺进行技术改造,从本矿煤质特点和设备工艺性能两方面考虑,对洗选工艺进行剖析,确定采用智能干选预排矸+脱泥无压三产品重介质旋流器分选工艺,可合理利用现有设备,发挥不同分选设备的优点,解决本矿高灰原煤洗选难题.
Study on washing process of high ash raw coal in Honglin Coal Mine
The ash content of raw coal produced in Honglin Coal Mine is about 50%.With the increase of mining depth,the quality of raw coal has a tendency to gradually deteriorate.The ash content requirement of cleaned coal is 13%.The current Jig coal separation process has low coal yield,unstable coal quality and poor production flexibility,which cannot meet the market demand.In order to adapt to the change of coal quality and meet the requirements of the product market,the washing process of Honglin Coal Preparation plant was modified.The washing process was analyzed from the two aspects of coal quality characteristics and equipment process performance,and it was determined that the intelligent dry separation pre-discharge gangue+desliming non-pressure three-product heavy medium cyclone separation process could make reasonable use of existing equipment and give full play to the advantages of different separation equipment.Solve the problem of washing and separating high ash raw coal in this mine.
