This paper summarizes the basic structure of vibrating screen in coal preparation plant,introduces the existing problems of vibrating screen in coal preparation plant,and puts forward the improvement measures of shock absorption link of vibrating screen in coal preparation plant.The transformation practiceshows that Yadian Coal Washing Plant systematically solves the problems of high equipment maintenance cost,plant vibration and loud noise by improving the shock absorber of vibrating screen,which provides a guarantee for safe production in coal preparation plant and significantly improves economic benefits.
