The on-site control PLC data of coal preparation plant is communicated through KepserverEX software and collected to the integrated management and control platform to realize data analysis,real-time working condition display of equipment,equipment and system operation records and statistics,and the use of production report data.PLCS used in coal preparation plants include Schneider,Siemens 200smart,S7-1400,Allen-Bradley Micro800,Allen-Bradley Micro 1400,and so on.For data communication,PLC TCP/IP protocol is used to connect PLC directly,and field data is connected through RSLinx and Modbus TCP/IP protocol,and then KepserverEX is used to collect data,and ODBC of KepserverEX is used to connect database to realize data transmission.Ultimately,all timing data is centrally stored in a single server's MongoDB database.
