This article summarizes the current situation of safety management in the Nalinhe Coal Preparation Plant,explores and proposes specific measures to improve and optimize the management system,clarify safety objectives,double pre control of risks and hidden dangers,optimize the four assessment systems,promote safety standardization construction,and highlight the role of technology and security.The application practice shows that the Nalinhe Coal Preparation Plant has achieved safety production goals by implementing safety responsibilities,comprehensively consolidating the foundation of safety management,and stabilizing the safety situation.At the same time,it provides reference for the safety management of other coal preparation plants.
