摘要

针对当前人工选矸效率低、劳动强度高、对重介选煤生产造成的重大干扰等问题,采用智能分选技术代替人工手选矸石,结果表明,矸石拣出率达到 98%以上,并且处理能力大、除杂效果好、投资运行成本低、系统简单、便于维护.

Abstract

Aiming at the current problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity,and significant interference to dense-medium coal washing production in manual gangue sorting,intelligent sorting technology is adopted to replace manual gangue picking.The results show that the gangue picking rate reaches over 98%,with high processing capacity,good impurity removal effect,low investment and operating costs,simplified system,and easy maintenance.
