The raw coal preparation system of Xiegou Coal preparation plant is faced with gangue whose quantity quality far exceeds the designed processing capacity in actual production.In view of the current situation such as insufficient processing capacity of the raw coal crusher,easy sticking of the outer row belt of hand-selected gangue,and manual handling of more hand-selected debris,the system optimization and transformation are carried out.To achieve the stable operation of the crusher,the shutdown of the 1215 hand-selected gangue outer discharge conveyor belt,and the direct discharge of hand-selected sundries to the sundries site,and finally achieve the purpose of improving the continuity of production and the standardization level of safe production.
