摘要
介绍了某煤化工高盐废水分盐结晶装置的运行工艺流程及分盐后的指标要求;针对分盐结晶装置在运行中出现的高密池碳酸钠投加点不合理、药剂配制浓度存在差异、蒸发结晶单元凝液回收不佳、蒸发器和结晶器蒸发量小、冷冻结晶器频繁升温等问题,提出了相应的解决措施,总结了高盐废水分盐结晶装置运行管理的控制要点.
Abstract
The operation process of a salt crystallization unit for high salt wastewater in coal chemical industry and the index requirements after salt separation were introduced.In view of the problems in operation of the salt separation crystallization unit,such as unreasonable sodium carbonate injection point in the high-density pool,difference in the concentration of pharmaceutical preparation,poor condensate recovery in the evaporative crystallization unit,small evaporation amount of evaporator and crystallizer,and frequent heating of the frozen crystallizer,the corresponding measures were put forward,and the key points of control in operation and management of the salt separation crystallization unit of high salt wastewater were summarized.
