煤炭的采样、制样和化验是煤质检测中的三个重要环节,为保证煤质检测实验室检测结果的准确性,需对这些环节进行严格的质量控制.在实验室质量控制中主要存在检测人员技术培训不到位、检测结果误差大等问题;从加强对检测人员的技术培训、加强对采制样设备及检测设备的管理、定期对检测设备开展期间核查、对仪器设备进行分类标识、加强对工作场地环境条件的控制、加强对选用煤质检测方法的控制、强化对采制化各环节误差的把控、正确使用存查样复检结果进行分析判断等多方面阐述了煤质检测过程中的质量控制方案,表明对检测过程的控制是煤质检测实验室质量控制的根本.
Discussion on the quality control scheme in the process of coal quality testing
Coal sampling,sample preparation and laboratory testing are three important steps in coal quality testing.In order to ensure the accuracy of coal quality testing laboratory test results,strict quality control should be carried out on these steps.In the laboratory quality control,there are some problems,such as insufficient technical training of testing personnel and large error of testing results.From strengthening the technical training of testing personnel,strengthening the management of sampling equipment and testing equipment,regular verification during the development of testing equipment,classification and identification of instruments and equipment,strengthening the control of the environmental conditions of the work site,strengthening the control of the selection of coal quality testing methods,strengthening the control of the errors of each link of mining,and correctly using the retest results of storage samples for analysis and judgment In this paper,the quality control scheme in the coal quality testing process is expounded,and the control of the testing process is the fundamental of the quality control of the coal quality testing laboratory.
