Application of the intelligent 3-mass high-frequency fine screen in the renovation of coarse slime at Tiandi Wangpo Coal Preparation Plant
Some annoying conundrums have existed for a long time in the original coarse slime system of the Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,such as poor dewatering efficiency,larger content of high-ash fine slime,low recovery rate of clean coal,etc..To solve those problems,the screw separator and striking arc screen are replaced by the TBS and 3-mass intelligent high-frequency fine screen respectively.After that,The dewatering and ash-removing efficiency of coarse coal slime are improved obviously.The production results show that the total moisture content of the coal slime that overflowing the screen reduce from 53.32%to 36.74%,and the quality of the clean coal product increase;The underflowing product content in the overflowing product decreases from 30.02%to 16.16%,and the overflowing product content in the underflowing decreases from 4.99%to 3.08%,the ash content over the sieve changes from 15.58%to 11.95%.The 3-mass intelligent high-frequency fine screen has certified the excellent performance by those indicators,such as a better screening efficiency,higher screening accuracy and obvious enhancement of dewatering and ash reduction efficiency.
