摘要

介绍了空气重介质振动流化床对黑山露天煤矿 0.5~5.5 mm煤炭的分选效果.煤颗粒按粒度分布被分为6 个粒度级.设定了三种重介质和煤的比例和振动的条件,分别进行分选试验,确定了最佳的操作气速.研究结果表明,1.1~1.4 倍的最小流化气速是最佳操作气速,对于所有测试粒度范围的煤炭均有着最好的分选效果.

Abstract

This paper presents the sorting effect of air dense medium fluidized bed on coal from Montenegro open-pit coal mine with particle sizes ranging from-5.5 mm to+0.5 mm.The coal particles are divided into six size grades.Three different ratios of heavy medium to coal and vibration conditions were set to conduct sorting experiments,and the optimal operating conditions were determined.The results show that an air velocity of 1.1 to 1.4 times the minimum fluidization air velocity is the best operating velocity,providing the best sorting effect for coal in all tested particle size ranges.In some cases,vibration and heavy medium can enhance sorting efficiency.
